NAENAE is a personal, independent and non-corporate visual project. The website exists only to document and display current stock, selected fashion pieces and a personal archive for artistic and informational purposes. It is not a company website, online shop or marketplace.

NAENAE does not provide a cart, checkout, payment service or order confirmation. Browsing an item, seeing a price or contacting NAENAE through a link does not create a reservation, purchase, rental or any other contract on this website.

The website operates as a personal visual catalogue: a place to document, contextualise and display pieces from current stock and the archive. Its purpose is to let visitors see what is available, what has been archived and where further information may exist.
The website itself does not act as a marketplace, payment processor or automated contracting service. No item can be purchased, paid for, reserved or rented by completing an action on this site.

A rental exists only if its specific piece, dates, fee, deposit, delivery, permitted use, return conditions and responsible parties are agreed separately and expressly in writing.

The public showroom does not offer user accounts, a checkout or a contact form, and it does not currently install advertising or analytics cookies. Product and image content is delivered using Cloudflare and Supabase infrastructure, whose technical systems may process connection data such as IP address, request time, browser information and security logs as necessary to deliver and protect the service.
Following an external link transfers the user to a third party with its own privacy and cookie practices. Users should review those practices directly on the destination platform.
Availability and changes
Archive information may be corrected, updated, removed or marked as sold without notice. An external listing may change before this catalogue is updated. NAENAE may revise this page when the nature of the visual project, its technology or available information changes; the effective date and version appear at the top of this page.
